Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).

Sorry we are unable to supply minors (under the age of 18).

We accept no liability whatsoever for any consequential loss, excepting loss by injury or death.

We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on album detail pages or on the web site, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

All goods supplied are for personal use only and not to be sold or offered for re-sale.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.

We shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If any part of these terms and conditions are held by an appropriate authority to be unenforceable, this shall not effect the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions.

These terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our web site prices and contact details.

You will become the owner of your purchases once they are delivered. However you shall not obtain any right of copyright (or similar rights) in your purchase of which any unauthorised use including copying, letting for hire or sale is strictly prohibited.

Please note that all orders within the UK will sent by Royal Mail 1st class Standard Mail with a maximum compensation limit of £36.00. Should you require additional compensation for loss or damage during shipping, please ask at the time of ordering otherwise we will not be liable for any loss or damage over the value of £36.00.

Compensation will only be paid if your order fails to arrive after 15 working days and it can take up to 30 working days to process your compensation claim. Please note that all services to outside the EEA are not guaranteed and compensation will not be offered for loss or damage.

We are also not responsible or liable for late delivery due to postal delays that may occur due to busy periods of the year, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, etc.

Postage and Shipping

There are 4 different sets of postage prices depending on your location:

Within the UK:

European Zone (including Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Baltic States):

World Zone 1 (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore & Pacific Islands):


World Zone 2 (all other countries):


95% of all orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. The service we use, depending on destination will be Royal Mail, ParcelForce, Hermes or DHL.

A guide to delivery times is shown below but orders may be received quicker or slower depending on your postal service.

Orders Not Received

In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your order within 7 days of the suggested delivery times, please contact us on orders@back2bollywood.co.uk and mention your order number.

Damaged In Transit

The postal services are not perfect and occasionally you will receive goods damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact orders@back2bollywood.co.uk.

Uncollected Items

Items that are returned to us by the postal service (that have not been signed for when required) can be refunded less the postage costs or redelivered with additional postage charges.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders cancelled where items are out of stock will have no charge. Orders cancelled through no fault of Back2Bollywood will have a minimum £1.50 administration charge applied.


In the event of faulty goods please advise us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer a refund or replacement items, whichever you prefer.

For duplicate orders; please contact orders@back2bollywood.co.uk and we will sort it out.

Unwanted goods may be returned in mint condition and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% at our discretion. Postage costs to be paid by the purchaser. This does not affect your rights under UK Distance Selling regulations. Please contact orders@back2bollywood.co.uk.

It is most unlikely that you will have to return any goods to ourselves, please contact orders@back2bollywood.co.uk before returning any items as unauthorised returns will not be refunded.

Payment & Security


Payment can be made by cash on delivery, via the website portal via debit or credit card or via Paypal.


Your credit card security is a major priority to us. To this end we use a secure payment service provider (PayPal) which uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. It will under no circumstances release any details to any outside organisation.

Back2bollywood guarantees not to divulge your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.
